about

This is a live demo. Imagination is needed to appreciate what this song could be at its full potential. A studio version is forthcoming.

lyrics

Once in the back of a Tiburon
I had a deathbed conversion
The nurse forgot to turn the defibrillator on
And my soul it slipped out of the convertible

And out into the night
Past the turnpike
Down the mountain side
And in my somber slumber
I threw this life away.

Once in the Amazon
I was riding on the back of a Tiburon
I had forgot to turn my oxygenator on
So I had a deathbed conversion

I saw my life flicker-flash in a running back freeze-frame.
I tried to isolate the errors in a double-time reply.
I cried when I heard caesuras of my overture remade
I knew this all would end some day.
